If a cable run is impossible or too expensive then you might have heard of the Mesh WiFi kits on the market. These are a fantastic solution for homes where installing new cables is too expensive or impossible. The first mesh point connects to your modem or NBN and the second one makes a wireless connection to the first one in order to boost the WiFi signal. 

A mesh WiFi kit can be installed by yourself but sometimes extra work is required to ensure that your whole network still functions properly and is secure. To improve performance in some homes, we can re-locate the NBN point to a central location and use mesh boosters on each floor or side of the home. This improves performance because then the mesh WiFi units connect directly to the main unit. 

We unleash the true power of your internet connection by connecting a cable from the WiFi access point to your modem or NBN point.  The cable supplies power and data to the access point so we can neatly install these almost anywhere with no wires visible.  

We are now installing 802.11ax WiFi 6 access points which can be set up to provide seamless coverage wherever they are installed.
